Chocolate Fondue​

PREP TIME: 30 minutes
SERVINGS: 2 to 4

1 cup cocoa powder
1 ¼ cups Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
¾ cup heavy cream
5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Fruits and pound cake for dipping

Mix Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz, sugar, and corn syrup into a pot and bring to boil. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes until mixture has reduced by about one third. Pour cocoa powder in and whisk until smooth. Continue cooking over medium heat. Add heavy cream, bring to boil and allow to simmer for five minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in chopped chocolate. Pour into fondue pot and keep warm.
