Me Love You Plum Thyme

PREP TIME: 15 minutes
SERVINGS: 2 small glasses

INGREDIENTS:
· 4 oz Jam Jar Sweet White
· 4 tbsp thyme simple syrup
· 1 tbsp lemon juice
· 3 plums
· 6 thyme sprigs 
· 1 tbsp lemon juice
· sparkling water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the Sweet White and peaches in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Depending upon your consistency preference, freeze for roughly 30 minutes before serving.
3. Garnish with a peach slice!

The Jam Jar Cleanse

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
SERVINGS: 1 cocktail glass

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. Jam Jar Sweet White
1½ tbsp honey
½ tbsp hot water
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
pinch of cayenne (optional)
lemon slice
mint sprig

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place the honey and hot water in a glass; stir until the honey is dissolved.
2. Add lemon juice, cayenne and Sweet White and stir well (or shake).
3. Serve over a large square ice cube.
3. Garnish with the lemon slice and mint sprig.
4. Drizzle the top with additional honey if desired.

Jammin’ Strawberry Daiquiri

Jammin’ Strawberry Daiquiri

PREP TIME: 4 hours
SERVINGS: 1 Pitcher (serves 6 to 8)

INGREDIENTS: 
1 bottle Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz
½ cup white rum
½ cup lemonade
½ pint strawberries quartered
handful basil leaves
¼ cup sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add the strawberries, basil and sugar to the bottom of a pitcher.
2. Muddle lightly with a wooden spoon until the strawberries become juicy.
3. Pour in the lemonade, rum and Sweet Shiraz.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
5. Serve over ice and garnish with the remaining strawberries and basil!

Sweet Sparkler-Worthy Slushie

Sweet Sparkler-Worthy Slushie

PREP TIME: 15 minutes
SERVINGS: 1 cocktail glass

INGREDIENTS:
2½ cups Jam Jar Sweet White
2½ cups frozen raspberries
2½ cups frozen blueberries
2½ cups ice

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the raspberries and ¾ cup of Sweet White in a blender. Blend until it reaches a slushy consistency and pour into your 4 glasses.
2. Rinse out the blender and add ice along with another ¾ cup of Sweet White, blending until you reach a slushy consistency. Carefully add to the 4 glasses and spread evenly over the raspberry layer with a spoon.
3. Rinse out the blender for a final time and add the blueberries and remaining ¾ cup of Sweet White. Blend to a slushy consistency and carefully add it to the glasses on top of the last layer.
4. Serve immediately!

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet gelatin (apricot)
1 cup water
5 oz Jam Jar Sweet White, chilled
5 oz vodka, chilled

DIRECTIONS:
Boil water in a saucepan and add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Add wine and vodka, then pour into small plastic tasting cups. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

1 cup water
5 oz Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz, chilled
5 oz vodka, chilled

DIRECTIONS:
Boil water in a saucepan and add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Add wine and vodka, then pour into small plastic tasting cups. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Chocolate Fondue​

PREP TIME: 30 minutes
SERVINGS: 2 to 4

INGREDIENTS: 
1 cup cocoa powder
1 ¼ cups Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
¾ cup heavy cream
5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Fruits and pound cake for dipping

DIRECTIONS: 
Mix Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz, sugar, and corn syrup into a pot and bring to boil. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes until mixture has reduced by about one third. Pour cocoa powder in and whisk until smooth. Continue cooking over medium heat. Add heavy cream, bring to boil and allow to simmer for five minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in chopped chocolate. Pour into fondue pot and keep warm.

Shiraz Cranberry Sauce

Shiraz Cranberry Sauce

PREP TIME: 20 minutes
SERVINGS: 2 cups

INGREDIENTS: 
1 cup Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz
About 14 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
½ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
1 tsp fresh orange zest
1-2 T fresh rosemary, minced

DIRECTIONS: 
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries begin to burst, about 15 minutes.

Spread on top of a baked brie or serve alongside a Thanksgiving feast.

Sweet Shiraz BBQ Sauce

Sweet Shiraz BBQ Sauce

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
SERVINGS: ½ cup

INGREDIENTS: 
1 cup Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
3 tablespoons steak sauce
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp garlic flakes
½ tsp freshly ground pepper

DIRECTIONS: 
Combine all the ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer sauce until reduced by a quarter, 6-8 minutes.
