Peppermint Shiraz Whip

PREP TIME: 15 minutes
SERVINGS: 1 pitcher

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz
1 cup Whipped Vodka
2 cup Cherry 7-up
6 peppermint candy canes
1 bag melting white chocolate


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a punch bowl mix together the wine, vodka, and 7-up.

  2. Crush the candy canes up and spread evenly on a plate.

  3. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate until smooth. Dip the rim of each cocktail glass into the chocolate and then roll the chocolate rim over the crushed candy canes until all is covered evenly.

  4. Pour cocktail mixture into glasses, serve over ice.
