Strawberry Lemon Jam-ito

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
SERVINGS: 1 cocktail glass

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz
1 oz. dark or spiced rum
2 strawberries
Bunch of mint
1 lemon

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle up a strawberry with a few sprigs of mint and 1 lemon wheel.

2. Pour in Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz and rum. Stir well, then strain over ice in a tall glass. Crushed ice is preferred but not mandatory. 

3. Garnish with a strawberry, lemon and mint.
